If you need to cancel, change, or reschedule your appointment, please do so at least 48 hours prior to your appointment time. If you call to cancel or reschedule 25-48 hours prior to your appointment time, you will be charged 50% of your scheduled service.

If you do not give us any notification, do not show up to your appointment, or cancel within 24 hours of your service, you will be charged 100% of your scheduled service.  

All future appointments at Finesse will be postponed until your balance for cancellations and/or no-shows are paid in full. Please notify us via phone call if you need to cancel your appointment. Cancellations done via email, text, or DM will not be accepted.

These services require a non-refundable deposit and take a lot more time allotted which is why we have a separate policy for these services. If you need to cancel, change, or reschedule your appointment for any of these services, please do so at least 7 days prior to your appointment time. If you call to cancel or reschedule 4-7 days prior to your appointment time, you will be charged 50% of your scheduled service. If you call to cancel or reschedule 72 hours or less of your appointment time, you will be charged 100% of your service scheduled. You will need to make another non-refundable deposit to schedule any future appointments. Appointments rescheduled 3 times will need to make another non-refundable deposit in order to schedule any future appointments. All future appointments at Finesse will be postponed until your balance for cancellations and/or no-shows are paid in full. Please notify us via phone call if you need to cancel your appointment.
