It's generally recommended not to wash your hair right before getting it colored. Natural oils on your scalp can help protect your hair during the coloring process. However, it's best to consult with your stylist, as they may have specific instructions based on the type of color or treatment you're getting.

Yes, bringing reference pictures of the desired hair color can be very helpful for your stylist to understand your expectations. Visual references enable clearer communication and ensure you and your stylist are on the same page regarding the color outcome you want.

It's generally recommended to avoid dyeing your hair at home immediately after a professional coloring. Professional hair colorists use specific products and techniques tailored to your hair, ensuring desired results and minimizing damage. If you want to make changes, consult your stylist for their advice on timing and suitable at-home products.

To maintain your hair color, follow the aftercare instructions provided by your stylist. This may include using color-safe shampoos and conditioners, avoiding excessive heat styling, protecting your hair from UV rays, and scheduling regular touch-ups to prevent color fading.

Switching drastically different hair colors in one session can be challenging and potentially damaging to your hair. Achieving dramatic changes often requires multiple sessions to ensure the health and integrity of your hair. It's essential to discuss your desired outcome with your stylist and work together to develop a plan that achieves the desired results while maintaining hair health.

The frequency of hair coloring depends on various factors such as the type of color, hair growth rate, and personal preference. Some people may opt for root touch-ups every 4-6 weeks, while others may prefer longer intervals. Consult your stylist to determine the best schedule for your specific hair color and desired look.

Before your appointment, it is important to research and choose a reputable and experienced professional. Consultation is crucial, so discuss your desired outcome, any allergies or sensitivities, and ask any questions you may have. Additionally, avoid alcohol or blood-thinning medications before the procedure, as they can increase bleeding.

After the procedure, it's important to follow the aftercare instructions provided by your technician. Avoid touching or picking at the treated area, as this can interfere with the healing process and result in complications. Refrain from exposing the area to excessive sunlight, swimming pools, saunas, or other activities that may cause excessive sweating or moisture.

It is generally recommended to avoid wearing traditional makeup over the treated area immediately after the procedure. This allows the area to heal properly and reduces the risk of infection. However, your technician may provide specialized mineral-based makeup that is safe to use during the healing process.

Mild discomfort, swelling, and redness are normal after getting permanent makeup. However, if you experience severe pain, excessive swelling, or any other unusual symptoms, it is important to contact your technician or a medical professional immediately. They can provide guidance and ensure there are no complications.

To maintain the longevity of your permanent makeup, it's essential to follow the recommended aftercare instructions. Protect the treated area from excessive sunlight by using sunscreen or wearing a hat. Avoid using harsh exfoliants, chemical peels, or abrasive treatments on the area. Additionally, touch-up sessions may be necessary over time to maintain the desired look.

While permanent makeup is designed to be long-lasting, it can be modified or removed if necessary. However, the removal process can be more complicated and time-consuming than the initial application. If you are unhappy with the results, consult with a professional to explore your options, such as color correction or laser tattoo removal.

Yes, you can wash and style your NBR hair extensions just like your natural hair. However, it is recommended to use sulfate-free and extension-friendly hair care products to ensure longevity and maintain the quality of the extensions.

While swimming or going to the beach is generally fine with NBR extensions, it's important to take precautions. Before swimming, wet your hair and apply a leave-in conditioner to create a barrier between the extensions and saltwater/chlorine. After swimming, rinse your hair thoroughly and apply hydrating products to prevent dryness.

Yes, you can use heat styling tools on your NBR hair extensions. However, it's crucial to use a heat protectant spray before applying heat and to use lower heat settings to minimize damage. Excessive heat can lead to premature wear and can impact the lifespan of your extensions.

NBR hair extensions typically require maintenance every 6-8 weeks, depending on your natural hair growth rate. This includes adjusting the rows, tightening the beads, and ensuring the extensions blend seamlessly with your hair. Regular maintenance helps prevent discomfort and ensures the extensions look their best.

It's recommended to avoid products containing sulfates, alcohol, and oil-based ingredients. These can cause the extensions to become dry, tangled, or slip out of the beads. Always check the ingredients list before using a product to ensure it's suitable for extension wear.

NBR extensions can be custom colored or highlighted to match your desired look. However, it's best to consult with your stylist to ensure the coloring process is done correctly. Improper color application or using harsh chemicals can damage the extensions, so professional expertise is essential.
